Wowcher refund

I ordered towels through Wowcher, they didn't arrive I contacted the merchant who advised as Wowcher weren't paying them they would not be honouring any orders, I spoke to Wowcher who offered a full refund but asked me to take a credit I said no, they kept on and in the end I accepted, I ordered more towels and did not realise it was the same retailer and of course they won't honour the order, I have now spoken to Wowcher again and they have refused to refund me saying I can now only have a credit, the advisor was atrocious and just ended the call saying he can't help further so is terminating the chat, any ideas as to how I can get an actual refund please

You bought a voucher  and will still have a voucher . Thats how Wowcher works . See multiple identical wowcher posts .

As above, I suspect you bought a voucher, so they are entirely correct in refunding you in voucher/credit form.  If, however, you bought towels directly through wowcher, (rather than buying wowcher credit which was then used to buy towels), you may have options.
