OP, that's good news! I'm with you re the compensation. If you haven't already done so I'd provide something to back up Child 1's ADD and ask for more (if you don't ask, etc....). I'd also push back re the rent and storage fees. Very glad you're in situ however.

I think wirh the storage and rent, this might be something you can only claim after the expense has been incurred and paid.Keep all the 'busy' emails from removal firms, it shows you have tried to get quotes to move your stuff and thus reduce your costs (this is useful for any claim).Depending on how much stuff you have, is a man &van an option? Or if you can manage, hire a van and take a few trips over a weekend for some stuff if there is too much force load?May you find your sister soon Helli.
