PCR Test

I would like to book a week vacation to Corfu early September, I do basically understand what is required but I'm being told different by almost everyone I ask. 

How do I get one of these test certificates to prove I'm negative and is there a charge for these tests. I understand I have to take a test a couple of days before we fly home, these I have been told are across the Rd from where the Hotel is situated at a cost of 25 Euros per person. I also have been told there is a QR form that is also required for entry into Greece.  I'm beginning to wonder how much extra the holiday will cost and if it's worth the hassle. Both myself and wife are double jabbed.

All tests are charged for - the public funds aren't there for your holiday purposes.

I wouldn't be asking anyone other than checking the FCO website (make sure you are on the .gov.uk website), your airline or the Greek government's own site.
