UPDATE
I can't delete the post but I called back as the girl had made an error. I rebooked for end of Sept. They tried to charge booking fee again but I explained it was her mistake... They eventually caved. All sorted!
Hi,
I understand there's a no refund policy however, we've had to reschedule due to covid isolation and all being well we go on holiday soon, so the earliest we'd possibly be able to go is September.
Everyman Cinema have said that they don't have film schedules more than about 7 days ahead. So I need to call up every week to rebook it until I can go.
Not only this but I have to pay the booking fee of £1.90 each time as they book a new reservation and refund the old one.
On top of that, I need to be lucky rebooking it before I go on holiday as I'm away for 7 days and their schedule doesn't always go that far ahead!
It's not so much the money, more the principle and headache. It just seems stupid and I wondered if anyone had any advice please?

How much in total is at stake? I'd be inclined to tell them where to go, and take your business elsewhere.0
