I have ... The serial number is the old meter that was replaced in 2017. The bill doesn't state cu ft or M3 but lists the number of units "at 39.5 calorfic value".Robin9 said:Have you done this which I asked for earlier
Check the serial number of the meter itself with that shown in your bill. The meter seems to be a metric one recording in m3. Does the bill show cu ft or m30 -

Write - don't email or phone - a snail mail letter headed COMPLAINT to BG. Give account number, dates of change (a copy of the yellow sticker that gave the serial numbers and dates)Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
