Cancelled entertainment pass was then offered free cinema for one month. Clicked to start the offer and was told my pin was wrong. I hadn't been asked to enter a pin and there was nowhere to enter it. Hunting around for help, wasting time with the solve nothing lazybot, I couldn't get back to the one month free offer but could find the one week free trial with an obvious place to enter the pin. The free month cinema was clearly bull.

If you were never asked for a viewing PIN it will usually be four zero's.0

I know what my pin is. It was deemed wrong despite there being no request to enter it or anywhere to enter it.
