How do I check current AMEX money back please?

I've searched the whole site and can't see a link which will show me money back earned to date.

Can anyone enlighten me please?

    Hi feed_me_chocs

If you look at your statement online, you should see a heading called "Moneyback Summary". It is the fourth heading down - just above the detailed transaction list.

Although my report has always shown "spend credited for moneyback" as £0, the "total eligible spend" to the right of it has a figure. This is the total amount of money you have spent on your AMEX credit card (assuming it is a credit card). From that I can work out what my moneyback will be. I have a platinum card which has tiered cashback.

Hopefully that will help you work it out. If in doubt, call AMEX, and I am sure that they can explain how you can see what you are due.

  • Thanks Clariman, but there's no such heading showing on my statement (have even done a word search to make sure I wasn't missing it)

You do have an Amex Credit-Card (Blue, Gold or Platinum)? The charge-cards don't have moneyback. Perhaps a call to Customer Services is needed?

It's not on the statement but in the 'New Charges' section. Click on view activity and the Eligible Spend figures will be seen.
