Hello all, apologies in advance if this techie board is just computer related - please feel free to move me in the right direction.
It's about the bescafe dolce gusto coffee machine - the water won't come through when I put a pod in it the tool. It works fine without a pod in it.....can anyone help, thankyou in advance and sorry again if in the wrong place.

Does the capsule pierce ok when you put it in?

Hi colnkits thanks for your reply. I have it fixed!! Hurray! It was the needle that pierces the capsule was blocked!! Unblocked it with a pin and coffee was served! Sorry if wasted your time, thanks loads. Merry ChristmasIf Life Deals You a Lemon - Make Lemonade!! :j0
