PCR test for travel before or after vaccine?

I’m heading to Antigua next Friday, I need to provide a negative PCR test.

I’m scheduled to get my second dose of the vaccine on Tuesday.

I don’t know if this is a stupid question - can the vaccine interfere with a PCR test? I’m not a medic, but I’m sure I read something, somewhere, about the vaccine being a modified version of the virus that causes the body to produce the antibodies.

If that’s the case, then can getting the vaccine result in a positive PCR test the day after?
