NHS Pass / Passport Details Dont Natch

Hi
My NHS Covid pass from my doctors is in my married name, my passport and flight booking in my maiden name.  The two have to match - can I take my marriage certificate to prove identity?

If you have time to align all your documentation to the same identity, then it would obviously be worth doing so.

However, assuming you don't, then realistically all you can do is travel and hope for the best, but there are plenty of tales of problems at check-in and immigration for those whose documentation is correct, so be prepared....

Where are you flying to? Do they require proof of your covid vaccination status? Your biggest risk is if they do any they dont accept an english language marriage certificate as proof of change of name... certainly most official things in the UK require a certified translation of any foreign language marriage/birth certificate etc.

When are you going? Passport Office are being fairly quick recently, probably a bit slower now as volume goes up again, but then you also have to consider the airline's policy on name changes.
