Did you get your Amazon voucher from British Gas?

Hi, I signed up for BG Homecare on 2nd Dec 2020. I was promised an Amazon voucher I think in the region of £160 which was a major attraction for the account. Despite multiple chat sessions with them promising I would be sent it, still no sign. The last chat said he would escalate to management, 2 weeks later, still no voucher!

Anyone else had this difficulty? Can anyone remember the exact amount promised? It was announced on MSE back then.

You may want to consider using the BG complaints procedure. That’s the only way I managed to get a resolution to my issues earlier in the year and a cheque sorted for over £200 they owed me. I was going round in circles with the live chat agents.

I have now written a complaint letter including the live chat texts. That was over a week ago and not heard anything, they certainly don't rush themselves do they?

I have written two letters of complaint to BG and not had a reply. Don't know what to do, flabbergasted.
