Balance transfer to pay same card

I have £2900 coming to the end of its 0% next month. I have more than this amount available on the card to do a 0% transfer - been sent an offer.

Does anyone know if I can do a balance transfer under the offer I have been given of 0% for 2 years, then use that money to pay off the amount coming to the end, effectively extending my 0% (aside from the transfer fee)?

No. You'd need a money transfer.  A balance transfer can only be used to transfer balances between cards.

    I would say No.

If you have a money transfer option, then you can. Transfer to your bank account & them pay off the credit card.

As a rule you can not do balance transfers between same groups.
