American Golf unreasonable delay of goods

Reasonable performance (of the contract) ... doubling the estimated delivery time is unreasonable (IMHO) - clause or no clause.Jenni x0

I doubt fitting by American Golf would classify as customisation. Picking from a number of predetermined options isn't exactly bespoke unless you chose an exotic shaft and grip combination not usually offered.0

this from a recent review
25.06.21 I had set of irons measured in store and paid £815, was told 6-8 weeks. 01.07.21 email to say delivery around December, (is this poss Nov 21 or maybe Jan 22?). I emailed back to cancel order. They ignored my requests. I went to store today, 13.07.21 to cancel order and they say I can't as clubs personalised, even though they are far from being made but the order has gone in and that they can now get order to me for sometime possibly mid-Sept. Staff told me that they have 450 orders with delays because of Brexit and the pandemic.

An e-mail has been sent to the aftersales (complaints) department I will update if/when response is received.
DB1904 - A valid point, which I will plagiarise in future correspondence.

Is this buyers remorse?
If you want the Ping putter, then do you really think anyone else can supply it before the date the manufacturer has supplied?0
