Lastminute.com Again Sorry

After waiting and refusing a voucher I have finally had a email from Lastminute.com to supply my bank details for a refund, Great. However when trying to login on to their specific site it no longer recognises my password , or any of the passwords I would have used. Clicking the "Forgot Your Password" link allows you to enter your email and after pressing send say's "check your inbox" I have been doing this for over week with no email to reset my password. Last week I actually managed to speak to a human on the 020 8396 1209 number who told me there was a delay and to check after 24 hours, they have since stopped this route of access. So after waiting over 168 hours and multiple attempts I am again at a loss as to how to get my refund. Any one got any ideas?
