5th SEISS Grant and Agency work

My business like many took a huge hit as a result of Covid but I was fortunate enough to get Agency work for at least 1 year (contract ends May 2022). I have not closed down my business in case I cannot get the contract renewed, my business picks up or possibly permanent work. I have had no income through my business since the beginning of 2021 (and it was negligable). As I am now an Agency worker am I entitled to claim the 5th SEISS grant and if I do how does that impact my current tax code?

The relevant criteria are:
You must have traded in 20/21, and
Intend to keep trading in 2021 to 2022
It doesn't sound like you traded in 20/21 and it doesn't sound you like intend to keep trading in 21/22, given that you seem to have steady employment at the moment.
