Does anyone have any recent experience staircasing on a shared ownership property with Catalyst? We are trying to proceed with this but Catalyst are not helping or at times even responding. They don't answer questions directly, rather send copy and paste responses multiple times. The generic info emailed to us and/or on the website says we can't staircase for at least a year, and it advises that we should find a surveyor ourselves. Our lease contradicts both points. Has anyone else been in this situation?
Or... in general, does anyone have any feedback on recent staircasing with Catalyst?
