Hello,
The story is in the email chain below. Am I being unreasonable or is their "fair offer" of £40 a bit of an insult?
Either way I have taken up another breakdown policy with a reputable brand. I just would like opinions on if this is worth chasing for more of a refund!

How much did you give your friend? How much would the running costs of the van for the journey to pick you up and then take you home be? (Not just the fuel). Remember though, the friend cannot make any money on the journey unless his insurance allows it.0
