How to get ebay scammer store taken down?

There's a store that sells cheap imported stuff and then every so often will put on some counterfeit products, sell them all, delete the listing and anyone that complains gets a refund. They are also somehow able to have the negative feedback removed so their profile looks all legit with 99.9% positive reviews..
The way ebay works, you cannot go and look for their deleted listings to see how many times they have pulled this scam. The last one was over 50 people ripped off.
How can I go about getting this store put under a microscope by ebay and/or shut down? Clearly they are a bunch of scammers - the store is less than a year old.
Tried sending an email to the one listed on ceoemails but no reply. Will try phoning today to see if that works.

You should still be able to see cancelled listings, the seller cannot hide their past sales if you look at completed items. If these items don’t show in completed listings then it means ebay pulled them, and I am surprised if this keeps happening that the seller hasn’t been NARUd yet as usually 2 warnings is enough to save goodbye to a selling account.
if you have seen negative feedback that later disappeared what type of comment was it, as any top rated seller can get feedback removed if it consists of words like scammer or mentions an ebay case.It is almost impossible to single handedly get a seller removed, if you phone they will just say they ‘will look into it’. However if buyers really are getting ripped off it is unlikely they will survive for long.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The listings are not on the completed so maybe ebay pulled them however it was long after the auction had sold out so there should be a lot of negative feedback however reality is, he has likely had them all removed. My feedback was "The <product name> are fakes. Not just fakes but very low quality fakes."The seller said in messages to me that they have 'stopped selling them, sent remaining back to supplier as they do not sell low quality products' - so he admitted they are fakes.FWIW he was selling £150 retail (not RRP) products for less than £30 - very obvious he knew they were fakes.0

I've just tried searching completed listings for some sellers, I can see back to January . To be frank if the incident was before then perhaps they really have turned over a new leaf, they got caught, they may even have had a restriction for a month if it was a first warning - and now they are trading legitimately.penguineater said:The listings are not on the completed so maybe ebay pulled them however it was long after the auction had sold out so there should be a lot of negative feedback however reality is, he has likely had them all removed. My feedback was "The <product name> are fakes. The fact there is no negs may mean that seller dealt with it promptly once they realised they had been sussed.
If it still bothers you then keep a watch on them, if they list anything else dodgy then report it to ebay, but also report it to the company they are faking, some companies take it very seriously indeed and may issue them with a cease and desist letter.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I have seen sellers feedback removed (in one case when we were discussing the seller here) and I believe it was because it had reputational issues for eBay. To make it plain, eBay don't want something in the papers and headlines, look at all the fakes on eBay, here's the proof: (and a link to lots of bad feedback). It's possible anyway.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. If the papers wanted to they could have a field day with eBay and Amazon bad feedback on view or not, the fact they don't is pretty questionable.ballisticbrian said:I have seen sellers feedback removed (in one case when we were discussing the seller here) and I believe it was because it had reputational issues for eBay. If it was that obvious why did you buy one? Surely an item being sold at a 5th of the price of the genuine one, it’s pretty darn obvious they’re fake?!penguineater said:FWIW he was selling £150 retail (not RRP) products for less than £30 - very obvious he knew they were fakes.0
