Viva Blackpool Ticket Troubles

Hi all. I've booked to see a show at Viva Blackpool. I used their Flexi ticket option where you pay £5 to reserve seats then if you definitely want to see that show you pay the balance minus the payment made.
I have been trying to get in touch with the venue to finalise the tickets but their box office system is awful. I can't get through on phone as after waiting so long it defaults to an answer message, and they haven't called back. I have left a message on their website call back service and selected a morning call back. No phone call. I eventually got through and spoke to someone but the computer system had frozen. I explained the trouble I'd had at getting through and she (Gill - box office manager) promised she'd ring back once the system was back up. This was over 1.5hrs ago and she hasn't bothered.
Now I have loads to do and don't want to be permanently stuck to the phone. I will keep trying obviously, but if the seats get cancelled, is there a way to get my deposit back despite saying non-refundable?

There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

It would have been nice for her to quickly call, explain the circumstances and reassure me that my seats would not be lost and perhaps make alternative arrangements if that was the case. I do not think that was the case though as about half hour after posting I had a call from a man who was responding to one of the messages I'd left. When sorting out the payment, the system started to freeze at certain stages as it was doing previously but it sorted itself out and payment was taken.born_again said:

So, all sorted out now. A shame they have such a poor system, which is also the theme of reviews on their food and service too.There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson.
