Eurocar parks ticket - my reg on letter but photo of reg shows different plate

Hi I’ve looked at the threads and searched the forum but can’t see a similar issue so forgive me if I have missed it. I received a NTK from Euro Car Parks which has my reg XX18 XXX but the (admittedly a bit blurry) photo shows XX19 XXX.  I was at home and so was my car on the date in question and have never been to that car park!
Would I just appeal this in the way described in the newbie thread? Thank you.

  • It’s the same make but the letter doesn’t say anything about colour of car. I looked on DVLA and the other car is grey which mine isn’t. I imagine it will get sorted but it’s the hassle!

How do you propose getting it sorted?

You need to be proactive to sort it and the other thread shows you how.  You can’t ignore this PCN even though it’s not yours.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Complain to the PPC, the BPA, as well as the DVLA and your MP, and of course, complain to the landowner.

A complaint to Trading Standards may also be in order.
