Hi I’ve looked at the threads and searched the forum but can’t see a similar issue so forgive me if I have missed it. I received a NTK from Euro Car Parks which has my reg XX18 XXX but the (admittedly a bit blurry) photo shows XX19 XXX. I was at home and so was my car on the date in question and have never been to that car park!
Would I just appeal this in the way described in the newbie thread? Thank you.

It’s the same make but the letter doesn’t say anything about colour of car. I looked on DVLA and the other car is grey which mine isn’t. I imagine it will get sorted but it’s the hassle!
