Whilst I understand I could from today request refund of 80 pounds overpayment to original rbs 18.9 card.
Is there any genuine positive CRA effect by leaving a credit amount over a umber of months.

Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb

No. While you're carrying debt, your overall utilisation won't change. You should be using any spare funds to reduce your debt.1
