Has anyone cancelled with Pontins

Hi Everyone,
I booked a holiday in Camber Sands to see my teenage son’s. They live over that way. I paid in full on the 24th July for a holiday on the 7th August, so you see my problem. Booked and paid for within the 56 day you lose in full. I can’t travel now due to ongoing medical problems not COVID though. Has anyone been able to get a refund from Pontins when it’s paid for and cancelled within 10 days?
