The
issue that I have experienced was: for 2
days Sun & Mon) I have waited in for the above delivery, Both days I received messages to
say that we missed as there was no one in. Both times you have sent pictures of
the attempted delivery, both are different and niether are of my residence. This
despite that earlier on the 2nd day before it left the depot i updated my
profile on the DPD app with a picture of my place. its an apartment block and
they have delivered to me many times
So there is no way to speak to them as all the numbers I cound find went to their automated response system with no way past. In the end I cancelled the Amazon order and got a refund. Surely these firms must have some way of contacing them. I have sent complaint via Resolver and their online forms

OK if you hold on quietly long enough you will get put through to a real person, just be silent and enter no details every time (at least 3) they try to get you enter your details, I also hid my number which stops it automatically recognising you and going straight to the redelivery options. I eventually got though to a nice lady who was very helpful1
