Hope you feel better soon @carrielovesfanta
I've locked myself in the spare room with a coffee and set up the laptop.
I plan on making myself a realistic budget, one that I can actually stick to. I'm going to write down all my outgoings and see what's left at the end of the month and give every pound a job. I plan to also set up the emergency fund.

@The_Lady_Sarah I am sure you can freeze yogurt, but I imagine the texture might suffer, though it would be perfectly safe. Maybe try a small pot and see what happens? You can always use it for making flatbreads if it separates or looks odd and you don't want to eat it as it is. I use Jamie Oliver's recipe at https://thehappyfoodie.co.uk/recipes/egg-and-mango-chutney-flatbreads You don't have to make the whole thing, but the quick easy flatbreads go with anything. You can also add yogurt to scones in place of some of the milk.Dull sort of day here again, with intermittent heavy rain - what has happened to summerDidn't sleep well, and confess to having a nap in the chair after lunch - very rare for me, not worth it, as it usually gives me a headache. Seems ok this time though, so I must have needed it!Today's small things are mainly about using stuff up:Made a roasted vegetable tart to use up leftover veg, and a quiche of sorts to use up 4 sheets of leftover filo pastry and some cream. Not as nice as a home made shortcrust shell, but far fewer calories, and no need to blind bake.Walked dog in between rainPicked some rhubarb from the garden, chopped and froze it. I usually stop picking it before this stage, but it is particularly rampant this year. Must be all the rain!Posted a RM surveys item - at 5 amLitter picked along the front of our terraceReceived a refund for some tee shirts that I returned as they didn't fit.Read some of my book while OH was watching possibly the most complicated cycle race ever on TVNo spending today at least!
