I saw Joy Mitty advertised on Facebook and the clothes looked great. They are not one bit like they are on the website. Waiting for answer from company to return.

In my opinion, anything advertised on Facebook needs to be approached very warily with a ten foot pole.

I'm not keen on Trustpilot but the reviews on there for this company are appalling.
94% bad - the worst mark you can give.
I wouldn't be surprised to learn that your item needs to be returned to somewhere other than the UK.1 -
Yep trader is Hong Kong , guess HK return as well .The word JOY really gives it away as being Chinese .1

Of course that price was the rubber chock that goes under it but I did wonder how many people sent off their £25 expecting to receive a £2k piece of equipment.0 -

9 Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.0 -

It's a joke, yes? My friend's called Joy. And she's not Chinese. Doesn't even like Chinese food. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. The surname Mitty gives it away as being pure imagination rather than real, as in Thurber's "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty"
