  • Thanks Poppy, I can assure you, I wanted them informed from the moment we got here and was under the impression the letter sent was in the 'system' perhaps delayed due to the pandemic. :(

    However, it's too long now and I yes, I will need contact them asap.

    I don't understand why you sent a letter because UC is a digital claim, so it can be done through your journal.

    The letter was allegedly sent last autumn by the family friend who was advising them. This per the opening post.

    Yes i know, which is why i asked if the family member was their appointee. Change of circumstances can be reported onto your journal.
