Wireless Keyboard stopped working

I use a Logitech wireless keyboard, no problems whatsoever. My wireless mouse was damaged a M185? so I replaced it with a Microsoft wireless mouse. This worked fine but my Logitech keyboard stopped working. I have tried moving the dongle to other USB ports but no good. Can anyone suggest what I can do to get the keyboard working again

Done, seems to be some kind of conflict?0

I think there is a reset button underneath the keyboard which you can press and there should be one on the wireless receiver which 'resyncs' the keyboard,i know i used to do that with mine which worked but i switched back to wired.

I don't have a reset button on either my mouse or keyboard0

Does the keyboard work after you remove the mouse dongle and mouse well away?

Could be a few different things, the exact model of the devices you are trying to use is always useful, I think the only model number you mentioned was the broken one.
Drivers / radio interference / USB3.0 interference are all issues with wireless keyboards and mice but knowing exactly which models we are dealing with would help enormously.1 -

Both devices use the 2.4Ghz band for the wireless connection, they could be interfering. As somebody suggested above, putting each dongle as far apart from each other - eg otherside of laptop or front/back on a desktop PC.
Also a USB extension lead may be useful, Logitech provided one with my K800 wireless keyboard for exact same purpose and I needed to use it because my dongle is in a docking station that interfered with the signal - it might help provide separation between your Microsoft and Logitech dongles.
As a matter of routine with any such issues, go to manufacturer website to download and install their latest drivers and firmware for each product:
Dongle firmware:

Keyboard firmware and drivers:
https://www.drivers-logitech.com/logitech-wireless-keyboard-k270-driver/
Microsoft drivers all built in to Windows and no firmware updates appear available.
Then try using the Logitech unifying software to re-pair the keyboard:

I grasping at straws a bit though, can't say any of the above will solve the problem but they are the things I would do in the circumstances.2 -
A bit ironic suggesting the use of an extension lead to fix a wireless problem.2
