Travel insurance covering hotel quarantine

We are going to see family in Amber country.
Does such thing exists as a travel insurance that would cover the costs if our destination was to be moved to the red list before we went there? 
So we could claim to get the ticket cost back?
Or more importantly if the country was movef to red list whilst we still there for it(the insurance)to pay for the quarantine hotel?

My insurance is generally one of the better ones and won't (it's underwritten by Aviva), but will try to get me back before the red list takes effect.

Battleface I believe wouldn't, they're known as a specialist in this case, although I have no personal experience with them.

The best option is likely to be to make a backup plan to get into a neighbouring country for 11 days, from where you can return to the UK cheaply.
