Writing a Witness Statement

So I'm trying to write one for this Monday, yes I've left it late.
After reading a few I'm sort of struggling with it. I unfortunately don't remember the events of parking at said location that DCBL are claiming I did. The SAR I got back shows the vehicle I owned but I can't tell who was drivin from the pictures.
The signage I know at the location has changed, this I know, as when I was there it was 3hrs not the 1.5hrs it is now.
I'm guessing my statement will be brief.
I have complained to my MP and not heard anything back just yet. court date is the 17th.
