Claiming Costs For A Process Server

Hello, I'm new here and would be grateful for any help!

I have a CCJ against an individual and have applied for an Order To Attend Questioning for him to go to court and explain why he's not paying. The first court date was cancelled due to lockdown, the second date he claimed to have covid and now I have a third date set.

The problem is that papers need serving each time and it costs me £150 a pop for a process server to hand him the papers as I'm not prepared to do it myself.

Is there a way for me to add these costs to the overall CCJ or am I am within my rights to just start a separate claim for the costs? I know realistically I'm probably not going to get paid either way but this is my final roll of the dice before I give up.

Any help would be much appreciated, many thanks in advance!
