    Less disabled ?  As in less disabled than you ? or less disabled than previously?  He is actually more disabled than when he originally applied for DLA  . However the new criteria mean he receives less money, yes the government are trying to save money. We are just grateful for what we are given and that we don't need to go through an appeal.
