Please note. The company doesnt have planning consent to use the land as a public pay and diplay carpark. I'm not sure if this means that they can or cant issue penatly notices.

Private parking firms can’t issue penalties anyway except on byelaws land but they can issue extortionate parking charges. Not that you’d pay.Robin_Hood2000 said:Please note. The folk there will assist if you have.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

the carpark I was on about is Leen Court which us run by LGCP. It has no planning to be used as a pay and display carpark.0
