Can OP add the cost of energy consumption to the claim, whilst they're at it?  After all, if it weren't for the heaters, they wouldn't have used that electricity.  Possibly worth considering a charge for storing the products, as well.

Good job it's been so warm, so no need to have them on then 🤦‍♂️

Has anyone actually told the OP they need to give the company a chance to put it right first?

Before you take up the legal advice from the friend who knows a friends cousin who gives out legal advice you better do the first stage of any dispute.

After that OP you can sue the legal advisor who gave you that terrible legal advice for your money back.

Is the Op using the heaters correctly? Infrared doesn't warm the air it warms the person. If there are objects in the way the infrared will warm them instead.
Just thought I'd ask in case the heaters are not the issues but the room layout. The Op should have request replacement of the warped heater as a first point if they haven't. (Just been looking at infrared heaters for us).
May you find your sister soon Helli.
