Online probate application woes

Wish I had read some threads on here first from people who have had IT issues. Tried to complete online probate application - had all the info and had IHT info so should have been simple. Not so. I got half way through and it seemed to unravel so started another application with same problem. Where I am now is I asked for one application to be withdrawn and have had to pay over the phone for the first one as I could not get as far as the payment page.  I have sent the will along with a cover sheet with Case ref no to HMCTS Probate, Harlow but am worried about the status of my application as I did not complete the process online plus I was advised to send to Principal Registry of Family Division at same Harlow address and in my state if anxiety I forgot to add this on the envelope. Can anyone tell me what address they sent the will to and if they have had similar issues. My application says submitted as I guess a case worker has done this for me but it doesn't seem complete my end. It could be ages before the will get scanned and my anxiety levels are soaring!

I'm sorry for your loss. I completed an online application 2 years ago with no problems. The address I sent the Will to was:

Principal Registry of the Family Division (PRFD)

HMCTS Probate

PO Box 12625

Harlow

CM20 9QE

As long as you used the correct post code, which is dedicated to HMCTS, the Will would have been delivered correctly.
