It is a joint competition and both sites (plus 2 others) have a link to identical Terms & Conditions which say:
"2. Only one entry per household." and  "9. You can only enter the competition by leaving a comment on the competition post on highstreetvouchers.com Facebook page, Love2shop Facebook page, Parklife Facebook Group or Park Christmas Savings Facebook page."  I would read this as only 1 entry in total and not once on each site particularly as it says "or" and not "and"
The posts do say "One lucky winner"
BUT the rules do go on to talk about "winners" plural.

@prwilson The End Date in the Title is correct at 04/08 but it looks like you have entered the Closing Date field as 08/08/2021.
