I know. One reason I know about the first example is that I considered purchase, but the proximity of a main road and a hard track leading from it led me to wonder about security from unauthorised use`and I had other plans for £37k.The £37k plot represented half of that wood, originally purchased for around the same amount 5 years previously, which proves your point. The other half was still for sale when I last looked, but much of it is steep and not such an attractive proposition for pitching caravans or firewood.
