more info needed . what have you been quoted for ? material / colour/ style / openers / top floor flat ?

First floor flat, white inside and out, UVPC, includes fitting 
1 x 2.5m wide x 1.2m high - fixed panel to left, open outwards at the bottom
1 x 1.5m wide x 1.2m high - fixed panel at the bottom , open outwards at the bottom
2 x 1.2m wide x 1.2m high - open outwards at the bottom, one with frosted glass
1 x 0.6m wide x 1.8m high - 50:50 split - fixed bottom, top outward opening

£2200 £2400 max depending on finish ( what needed to make it good after ) if its just a trim and seal or if timber / plaster / involved . Also what's below the first floor flat . communal or commercial buildings often needs shielding from anything more than if downstairs belonged to you . You're still not being ripped at 2500 because I am reasonably cheap and north west based with cheaper competition . HTH
