We got a single use one and only usable at weekdays with a huge list of exclusions and it doesn't cover parking.  Was it bait and switch?

I've got one of these aswell - does anyone happen to know if you can use a family ticket for admission for either one or two adults but no children?

Just to add thanks @diddlydoop - it'll be a day out I wouldn't normally get! (And to be fair, it would've been unlikely to be a comp for 25,000 annual family passes as that's the equivalent - sort of - of a couple of million quid!)

Just checked my spam and saw i won a pass too. Like the rest of you, the original competition made it seem a bit more appealing, but i guess that's why they had so many to give away. Doubt i'll get to use it in the time period, but you never know. Thanks to the OP.

Woohoo, thanks for this thread - It prompted me to search my emails and sure enough I had one too, sitting in my deleted items! I'm very pleased as there's a NT place near us that I keep meaning to go to but never do....and it's not on the excluded list!!!

I used our national trust family pass today, we went to Rufford Hall in Lancashire, it was a lovely afternoon out. 

We were two adults and one child, and the pass was fine for the three of us. 
The parking was free, so no extra charges.
