Shell Energy Logon

I keep an eye on the account on behalf of the MIL/FIL.  I've tried to logon the last couple of days just to check that the DDs are not too high and to look at the balance etc so as to let them know what the state of their account is.  Now experiencing that the site does not come up on Opera and even using Edge the site won't accept the PW.  OK so I've asked for a PW reset but now see a PW reminder so it looks as though the site has been totally revamped.

Q)   Have people had to re-register with the 'new' shell site in order to access their account?
 
EDIT:  Has anyone been able to logon to the Shell site using a Win10 PC? - I can logon via tablet or phone (both android devices)

I'm with Shell energy for broadband (which I think uses the ssme login site) and that is working perfectly for me.

Win 10 ver 20H2, Firefox ver 90.0.2.

Just logged onto to my account on phone..no problem site looks just the same

Yes I can logon using android phone and android tablet but not the windows PC - doesn't matter what browser I go through on the win10 (v 20H2)  PC though.  I could go onto the help section on the shell site but no others and am unable to click the links contained therein.  I have another PC so will try in the morning with that.  Shell is the only website I cannot get onto grrr

EDIT:  Bitdefender was the culprit on my PC.  Never had that before but at least I can logon to the site again via my PC.
