Terms & Conditions – Proper Pubs Prize Draw

Promoter details: Stonegate Pub Company Limited (BR014816) with its registered office at 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, B90 4SJ (“our” or “we”).

Please read these prize draw rules carefully. If you enter one of our prize draws, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and you agree to them.


1. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. The prize draw is not open to Stonegate Group employees (or members of their immediate families).  An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.  

Entry:

2. The prize draw will open at midday on Monday, 19th July and close at 23:59 on 31st August. 
To enter you must provide your details on the dedicated web page. Competition information will be provided on table talkers, external POS and/or screens in Proper Pub venues across the UK as well as social media and on www.greatukpubs.co.uk/competition/win-a-holiday. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a prize draw.
3. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
4. No data will be used for marketing purposes unless the customer actively opts-in for updates. No opt-in is necessary for entering the prize draw.
4. No purchase necessary.

Winner Selection

5. The winner will be chosen at random from the full list of valid entries 
6.  The winner of the prize draw will be notified via the email provided on sign-up within 72 hours of the closing date. 
8. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize:
7. There will be one winner who will win:
a. a 7-night holiday for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 12 years or under at time of travel) in a [Junior Suite room on an All Inclusive board basis at the Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel, Tenerife. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any Jet2.com UK base that flies to Tenerife South, overseas transfers to and from the airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person. 
b. This prize must be booked by 30th September 2021 and taken within one of the following date bands (including all return travel): 01/07/21 - 21/7/2021 or 1/08/2021 - 15/08/2021 or 02/09/2021 - 20/10/2021 or 01/11/2021 - 17/12/2021  or 01/01/2022 - 05/04/2022 or 26/04/2022 - 26/05/2022 or 06/06/2022 - 21/07/2022  or 01/08/2022 - 15/08/2022 or  05/09/2022 - 20/10/2022.
8. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/accommodation supplements are included in the prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party.  Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance. 
9. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Proper Pubs reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.
10. The prize is subject to Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. In the event of any discrepancies these prize draw terms and conditions shall take precedence.
11. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
12. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute any prize with alternative dates/ property or destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
13. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for administrative reasons without prior notice. Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.  
14. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the competition winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
15. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions. The prize duration may not be extended and the hotel may not be changed by the winner.  Any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates for flights and accommodation. 
16. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements.  
17. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize shall not be considered to be a package holiday under the Package Travel Regulations 2018 (as replaced, updated or amended from time-to-time). 


General:

18. Stonegate Group reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
19. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Prize Draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy).
20. When entering the Prize Draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays). 
21. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the holiday or dates of travel, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prizes, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
