Randox postal test service is very poor

 warning to others that I have ordered pre-departure PCR test + other day 2 test for return, from Randox website. I still do not have them a week later. I have spent 2 x days trying to call them, simply impossible to get through on phones to speak with customer support. I have emailed today, as yet no response. There is no update on when our tests will arrive ( no tracking info). I've had to pay additional (unnecessary) fee to a private clinic now at £99 for an in person test tomorrow. We fly on Saturday and simply cannot wait now or have any confidence that Randox would complete the test and provide fit to fly cert in time. So frustrating and annoying + costly. These cherry picked companies have the monopoly for tests as ' government recommended providers' yet are failing to provide the promised service, as cannot cope with demand. I have requested a refund form Randox via email and would appreciate other experiences?
