Covid and Travel Insurance

Hi. Has anyone been able to take out travel insurance that would cover them should they test positive for Covid within 72 hours of their return date, but not be unwell, and be unable to return to the UK as a result?
I’ve taken out insurance with the Post Office, which includes Covid cover, but on checking with them they won’t cover the costs of self isolating in a hotel or new flights, only medical and repatriation costs if I’m unwell.

That was my question too. There is so much small print that it is hard to know what you are really covered for1
