A massive thank you to MSE for their clear and helpful information on the Severe Mental Impairment issue. My Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's earlier this year and we have today secured a £950 Council Tax rebate and 100% discount going forward from our local Council. All through submitting a simple form with a GP's certificate.
