Test info - Scotland to Portugal

I am hoping somebody can help. I am travelling to Portugal from Glasgow airport (we live in England and my wife and I are double vaccinated) on the 17/8/21 returning 29/8/21. I am a little confused after researching what tests we need to have before and during our holiday and after our return for my 11 year old daughter. I have read the Scottish government guidance and it says under 12 years old do not need to test prior to entering Portugal or 2 days after returning to Scotland. Yet I have read that the 3 day prior to returning test is needed by all 11 and older, this is what confuses me as all other tests are 12 and above? Is this correct? I am grateful for any advice anybody can give on this.
