Joint executor not communicating

My parents house was sold in 2018 and my sister and I became joint executors of the will. After not being involved with the house sale or clearing, it soon became clear after the funds were in that my sister was after getting as much as possible from the estate. She refuses to recognise my executor expenses which built up - utility bills, clearance costs, etc and now after 3 years of solicitor involvement the money is not distributed. I now have given up my solicitor as neither side has moved the process forward and we could not even organise mediation. All my sisters solicitor has suggested is that she should receive 70 percent of the estate whereas the will says equal between us both. Her solicitor holds the estate funds and is now not communicating with me /responding to my letters. I have not heard from them since well over 6 months ago. I don't have the finance now to take my sister to court and apply to take her off the joint executor role. Also I can not afford a solicitor after so long, at a total loss what to do as no communication, even to say estate funds still safe and my sister still using solicitor. Any advice gratefully received.

You were joint executors. My parents house was sold in 2018 and my sister and I became joint executors of the will. After not being involved with the house sale or clearing,
You must both signed to transfer the house out of the ownership of the estate.
How comes it that the proceeds of sale of the house are held in the client account of your sister's solicitor?
Did you and your sister not open an executors' bank account?
Have you documented and provided evidence of money expended in administration of the estate? All my sisters solicitor has suggested is that she should receive 70 percent of the estateOn what grounds?

Yes all expenses have been given with receipts. Sister refusing to acknowledge any of expenses.0

The only grounds for asking for larger percentage is sister believes I have items from house that are worth lots. This is not the case, parents collected ornaments and whereas they were worth something once upon a time now no market. Worth minimal amount.1

Give your sister the ornaments on the basis that your share will be increased by the value your sister claims they are worth? Presumably this means that you then get 70%?

True colours come out when money involved. I've offered she can come and get them, she won't put herself out though.1
