I have a “tenda” WiFi extender in my kitchen which provides a decent hotspot there but my daughter keeps taking it to boost WiFi in her room, is it possible to have more than one on the house wiring without conflicting with each other?

Assuming you mean it is a powerline wfii extender, then as long as it is the same make / model it should work adding another one, they don't strictly need to be in pairs, you can have 3+ in operation but I'd check the manufacturers instruction to be sure.0
