CheckoutSmart rules

Hi all. 
Has anyone experienced having their CheckoutSmart account cancelled with no explanation given. When asked for a reason the response is that they are under no obligation to provide one. I’m at a loss as to why I should have had my account closed. My suspicion is that I claimed offers on both CheckoutSmart and Quidco and despite my ALWAYS doing so on separate receipts, never claiming on the same receipt twice, they have mistakenly considered this a breach. I honestly cannot see any other reason. I’m the sole occupant and account holder too so no issues there. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
