best way to contact British Airways regarding Avios to Nectar conversion

I requested to have my Avios transferred to Nectar points three weeks ago. I was told it would be up to 10 business days, but I have waited beyond that and nothing has happened. I made a complaint a week ago via the BA website. No response. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone by phone as their dedicated line for Abios-Nectar transfers is no longer functional. Any advice regarding how to get this done? Thanks!

BA seem to be in meltdown, cancelling lots of flights when they don’t hit their  load factors leaving people in limbo. Phone lines are not working and the Twitter support is just a redirect portal to an overwhelmed support team.

Anyone thinking of booking with them this years needs to know there is a high liklihoood their flight will be cancelled at short notice.

Really? Have had to change several flights over the last few months and never had a problem getting hold of them on the phone... 5-10 minutes wait tops and normally less (thats quicker than most budget airlines are in normal times).

I'd personally try the normal executive club telephone line but suspect you need to speak to a sub team but hopefully they can redirect.
