    I would check the expense of that to see if it is worth it. As a bench mark Fidelity costs 0.35% pa + fund costs and LLoyds costs £40 pa plus fund costs  + £1.50 per fund trade. 
    My last statement states Service Cost 0.24% of Investment, and Product Cost 0.69% of Investment.

    Excuse my ignorance, but is this good or bad?

    OK if you are happy with it, without knowing the fund or amount it is hard to tell. A global tracker can be had for 0.1% + platform fees
