Hi can anyone give me some advice, I recently went shopping to a nearby retail park 7 days later I received a parking fine for £100 reduced to£60 if I pay within 14days
i apparently stayed 45 minutes long than allowed in the free Carpark (3hours is allowed) this is my fault as I didn’t read the sign so was unaware I spent money in five of the seven shop’s, do I have to pay this or should i ignore.
please help

Welcome. What do you need to know that’s not already explained in NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST? The template appeal is there but PLAN A is what gets these most easily cancelled.

As above , multiple complaints with proof of patronage with those retailers and the retail park management , plan A , nothing beats plan A !!!
